&quot;How do I manage it?&quot; is a question that has a long, very detailed answer that is required. It really depends on the specific aspect of it. But, in the example you gave, you should have staff member documents/policies that speak to exactly what you expect from your staff members. You can find some staff member guidelines here: http://www.managingonlineforums.com/downloadable-templates/

Once you have those documents in place, you should make sure they are followed. Be careful who you promote to staff, as well, and make sure they read the guidelines and accept them before you make the promotion.

		<description>I have a clan and we have a website and a forum. And how do I manage it? what should I do if somebody doesn&#039;t listen like for example if I make somebody the moderator/ admin of the forum and he just masses around and instead of managing the forum he screws up.....I had that happen 3 times.... there are people who do what they are suppose to do but not everybody has time during the week. thanks for any suggestions</description>
