I&#039;ve given this a lot of thought and tried to put myself in the shoes of someone attending.

I think you&#039;ve got some great topics here and I had a really hard time narrowing it down to one.

Ultimately you are the only one who can decide which issue you will be speaking about.

I know one issue that I would like to see is the Training Forum Moderators. I know this is a major issue for a great deal of places that I frequent in that most moderators are not on the same page and have no official line to work from.

I think people don&#039;t realize when setting up a community that this issue needs to be addressed and I think this would be an excellent platform to bring this issue forward.</description>

		<description>Whatever direction you take...I recommend you do some reading through http://www.presentationzen.com there is a lot to be said for slides that reinforce the idea instead of just a powerpoint template with bullets.
