I think you've got some great topics here and I had a really hard time narrowing it down to one. Ultimately you are the only one who can decide which issue you will be speaking about. I know one issue that I would like to see is the Training Forum Moderators. I know this is a major issue for a great deal of places that I frequent in that most moderators are not on the same page and have no official line to work from. I think people don't realize when setting up a community that this issue needs to be addressed and I think this would be an excellent platform to bring this issue forward. Patrick,
