Dumber Than Mud

While I was doing some reading at Mena Trott’s blog, I came across this post and watched the video.

He seemed like a nice enough guy and the advice he gave was good, common sense advice, certainly. But, one of the things he said was “kids are naive and, to be real frank about it, they’re dumb as mud sometimes.” No arguments here. Sometimes, they are. Of course, adults (18 through 200) are naive and dumb as mud sometimes, as well. What Mrs. Trott said was good, as well.

It’s like anything else. People kill people. People are nuts. So, by extension: people who blog kill people and/or are nuts. But, people who don’t blog kill people and/or are nuts. It’s like what some people would say about homeschooling, which is bogus. People who homeschool kill people and are nuts. But, people who don’t homeschool kill people and are nuts. Our population does it - as such, people from all walks and of all interests do it.
