President Bush and Hurricane Katrina

Ben Stein sets the record straight. It’s a shame that we even have to talk about President Bush being at fault for a hurricane when our efforts could be so much better directed at other things. Oh well. Such is the nature of our world.

I am not a supporter of George W. Bush, however I have taken offense to the criticism he has received the past few days.

I don’t feel now is the time to be laying blame on anyone, but rather supporting those who are down there and hope that as many people as possible can be rescued and moved to safety.

    Be well, Northern Gulf Coast.

I wonder if your position has changed now that he himself has accepted the blame for the slow/bungled response?

    Not really.
