ALDS Final Thoughts

A couple of great games, if you’re a Yankees fan. Some quick thoughts…

The Yankees are looking great. I can’t think of many bad things to say, honestly.

Bernie is playing great baseball. Several guys are playing well and pretty much everyone is contributing. Up and down, they are doing well. It’s great to see.

How about that Sierra home run? Right before it happened, I was thinking to myself… Ruben is gonna tie it. Sure enough – he pounded it.

Mariano was used in all 4 games, pitching a total of 5 and 2/3 while allowing 0 ER and collecting 1 win and 0 saves.

Once again, we’ll have to play the Sox. Another gut busting series, coming up.
